Patrick Yoon, MD
Raised in San Antonio, I’m excited to continue training here after completing medical school and residency at UT Health San Antonio. I grew up playing just about every sport I could, which sparked my appreciation for movement, injury recovery, and getting people back to what they love. I’m especially drawn to musculoskeletal care and hands-on procedures. Outside of the clinic, I stay busy with my wife and our two kids, who keep life fun and unpredictable. I’m looking forward to joining the team at Christus Santa Rosa and helping athletes of all levels stay in the game.
David Fuhriman, MD
Spent his early childhood in Missouri City, Texas, before moving to the San Francisco Bay Area, where he was raised. He earned a bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he met his wife, Morgan. He then returned to Texas to attend McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston before completing his Family Medicine residency at the CHRISTUS Health/Texas A&M University Naresh K. Vashisht College of Medicine Family Medicine Residency Program in San Antonio. During his final year of medical school and throughout residency, David discovered a passion for sports medicine. He enjoys helping patients stay active so they can continue doing the things they love, regardless of their age or activity level. He looks forward to caring for everyone from young athletes recovering from injuries to older adults working to maintain an active lifestyle. His clinical interests include the management of acute sports-related injuries, concussion care, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and regenerative medicine. David and Morgan have three children who keep life full and active. Faith, family, and spending time outdoors are central to his life. Outside of medicine, he enjoys hiking, camping, trail running, playing disc golf, soccer, and tennis, as well as exploring nature with his family. David and Morgan also enjoy serving in their church by sharing their musical talents and teaching a youth Sunday School class.
